Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Chef Landon Springs discovered his love for food at the earliest age — shaped by the kitchens of his mother and grandmother. That passion led him to Paul Smith College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management in 2004.
With over 25 years of professional experience, Chef Landon has helmed some of Atlanta's most prestigious dining establishments — including Château Élan Winery & Resort, The Mansion on Peachtree, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Along the way, he built a distinguished private chef practice serving celebrity clients, corporate venues, and affluent households throughout the Atlanta metro area.
Today, through Hotbox Events, Chef Landon brings his signature fusion cuisine — drawing from culinary traditions across the globe — directly to your table. Whether it's an intimate dinner for two, a curated tasting experience, or a full corporate event, every plate tells a story of craft, culture, and a deep love for the universal language of food.
